Hey, I’m Ethan Rivers.

I’m 22 years old, born into a military family and raised in Oklahoma, and I help people transform their bodies and minds through fitness—wherever they’re starting from.

Here’s the truth: I was never the strongest or the biggest guy in the room. I’ve heard every “you need to eat more” joke in the book. Growing up, I struggled with body image and confidence. I wanted to be stronger, more athletic, more in control of how I felt in my skin—but no matter how many YouTube workouts or random gym sessions I tried, nothing seemed to stick.

What changed everything for me was learning that fitness isn't about chasing someone else's body—it's about building your best version, starting from exactly where you are.

So, I got serious. I studied training methods that work for real people with real lives. I got certified, tested a ton of different approaches on myself, and built a system that helped me finally gain muscle, feel confident, and stay consistent—not just for a few weeks, but for life.

Now, I coach people who were like me:

• Tired of generic plans that don’t fit their body or lifestyle

• Looking for real structure, support, and sustainable results

I won’t give you cookie-cutter programs. I’ll work with you to build a customized plan that fits your life and goals—whether that’s gaining muscle, improving endurance, or just feeling better in your own skin.
