Is Ethan Rivers Fitness for everyone?

Not at all, and that’s intentional!

Ethan River Fitness is for those ready to commit to real, lasting change; not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. If you're looking to build strength, shed body fat, add lean muscle, and transform your mindset and lifestyle, you’re in the right place.

But if you're only after a quick fix, obsessed with the number on the scale, or want a coach just for the sake of having one without putting in the work, we’re probably not the right fit. We’re here to coach driven individuals who are ready to take action and level up for good.

Do you train athletes?

We specialize in working with athletes. Our programs are designed to build flexibility, explosive power, and performance-driven strength to help you dominate in your sport. Whether you're in-season or off-season, we tailor your training to match your goals and keep you performing at your peak.

How long are your programs?

Our programs typically run for 12, 24, or 52 weeks; it all depends on your goals and the level of support you're looking for. Some clients stay with us long-term as their goals evolve, so whether you're in it for a transformation or a full lifestyle change, we’ve got a path for you.

How long will it take to see results?

Results depend on your discipline, consistency, and commitment to the program. While everyone’s journey is different, most clients start to feel and see noticeable changes within the first 2 weeks both physically and mentally. The more you put in, the more you'll get out!
